    2 strips of bacon and coffee with 1-2 Tbs whipped cream, about a tsp of sugar-free caramel syrup, and about 1/2 tsp of coconut oil. No idea how many calories. Probably similar to yours.

    Egg and eggplant scramble with 1/2 cup white rice & 1/2 cup black beans. Espresso with milk and light brown sugar. Not sure how many calories as I didn't prepare the meal.

    Best shake ive ever had. Peanut Butter coffee is officially my new thing. :)

    "Red Top" brand of strained Greek Yogurt, plain, with 2 T chopped walnuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon. And coffee with 1T cream.

    I prefer Red Top because it's only 140 cal per cup, and 26 grams of protein.
