            2 strips of bacon and coffee with 1-2 Tbs whipped cream, about a tsp of sugar-free caramel syrup, and about 1/2 tsp of coconut oil. No idea how many calories. Probably similar to yours.1

            Bacon, two eggs over easy, brussels sprouts and cauliflower, roasted, plus some low fat cottage cheese. 400 calories. Oh, and black coffee, of course.2

I prefer Red Top because it's only 140 cal per cup, and 26 grams of protein.3 -
