I know this feeling! I used to be obsessed with the scale, but in one week I find it varies dramatically day to day, and also depending on the time of day, weight of clothing, what I've been doing before I weighed! So now I only do an official weigh in once a week, occasionally I'll weigh once or twice mid week on the gym scales but more out of curiosity and I have to swear to myself that I only go by the end of week weigh in and don't let them sway me, it's so easy to get disheartened by a bigger than anticipated number so if it's getting to you I'd try to cut down on how much you check!

Me too! I have been stuck yoyoing from 207-218 for over a year now. Can't seem to get it below. I have not been trying my hardest so I'm hoping this challenge will help me get off my *kitten*!

Did my weigh in today - hadn't weighed in for close to 2 weeks - down 8 pounds since I started and my clothes feel like they fit - my energy is better I love feeling good about myself and I know my heart appreciates the help not having to work as hard-I'm more motivated than ever7

OK I had a bad day on Thursday and I've moved on. Friday I was right back on top of it. Worked out Friday and today and I'm planning good meals. Monday is my weigh in and I can't blow this weekend!7

I don't weigh myself anymore except every 2 weeks at weigh in-I focus more on how my clothes fit and feel because the number game seemed to negatively impact my psyche and motivation - my clothes don't lie and a few ounces or even a pound up or down has no impact - just focus on healthy habits and forget the scale0

It's been a rotten week for weather here, and I've not been able to get out for my daily walks. Yesterday we spent 6 hours in the car! However, I've been eating clean and alcohol free, so I'm sure the scale will catch up with me, especially as the weather forecast is for better weather this week. Onwards and downwards!!4 -
