One time I told my husband, who is my accountability partner, that I was going to work out and then went and secretly got Mexican food instead.8

I did. You may or may not be disappointed, depending on what you're hoping to see.0 -
I confess that during my lunch break I left to go get McDs or something else bad for me because my morning was crap. Once I got some fresh, although cold, air and away for a minute I had a short conversation with myself, went to a convenience store and bought some Protein20 and then came back and had the food that I prepped over the weekend. I don't believe that my stress eating is under control, but I am calling this a win.
That is a win! Great control.. as long as you win each little battle, that's what counts!1 -

@slimgirljo15 I wish. I am still stuck at work. 10 more minutes! Then pick up kids, home and a bottle of schnapps or rum...1

Often you find out who your true friends are when you have problems.
Edit to add I have none
Holy cow isn't that the truth. We found this out hard and fast when my husband was critically injured at work and in a wheelchair for 6 months.3
