    That's three days in a row over 500, think I'll go for a ride tomorrow morning before I get in the plane to Sydney - see if ican burn 500 cals before I sit for 5 hours!

    Meetings all day today, couldn't break loose for lunch workout; plus need a recovery day, so just my two walks with Brownie the Lab for my report: July 18 - 160 calories

    Back in the saddle tomorrow for double day.

    There are a few turbo-burners on the Row the World CREWS loop looking for a ship, if they haven't been picked up yet - I say we grab 1-2 of them. There's one named Spice who even has something about Jack Sparrow in her post - could be fate :-)

    Awwwww it's nice to be talked about in such a positive way its truly fate because am a Pal of the captain:wink: !! I'm so glad to be on board. Sailors please feel free to add me as a friend so we can spur each other on!! Lets sail on team!!

    Welcome new rowers, glad to have you on board. Team, don't hate me but I am on a trip today and double-day tomorrow so I won't be making any mileage. Promise to hit it hard Wednesday when I'm home.

    7/18 - 404 calories - sorry, couldn't quite get to 500, even though I moved and did something for 82 minutes AND swam laps with people watching (well, they were around the pool, probably paying no attention to me) which is really outside my comfort zone (but when kids started doing canonballs into the (small) pool, there went my workout... shouldn't they be in bed at this hour??). But, I plan to swim in the am and I have running group tomorrow with 40 minutes of tempo intervals, so double day should be better :-)

    Ahoy Spiceshirl! I knew it was fate when I saw your reference to Jack Sparrow - you belong on this boat :-)
