Must remember in future 1 week of bingeing, costs 3 weeks of catch up. So 3 wasted weeks.
I noticed I do that, too! I eat recommended 1200 calories a day and get NO loss, and occasionally a gain. I stick to 1000-1050, and I lose. It's only slightly aggravating.0 -

I have stayed exactly the same this month. It is the first month I have eaten back exercise calories. I haven't been sleeping very well and feeling very tired and hungry all the time. That hasn't been a problem before. I will be resetting my same goal for Feb. I'm away this weekend so definately not under calories but going to try and have a fresh start when I get back home. Fitness wise I had to drop everything back after being unwell over Christmas and New Year but I am almost back to pre Christmas weights and have maintained my 4 sessions a week.3

This is way more weight than I've lost any other month since I've started this journey. I wanted to be more aggressive this month and I definitely succeeded. Still a little bummed I didn't lose more as I was up last week, but whatever.

Yep sometimes have to fake some cals just to make the 1000 and keep MFP happy, but def try not to go over 1050 too often. No matter how much exercise I do. This has given me a steady average loss of 1kg per week since mid August 2016. I figure 1200 will probably be my maintenance amount
