    I had a heavy Carb week and ended up gaining a half pound. However, I can tell my clothes are fitting better.

    Bummer I only lost 1/2 a pound this week - worked out and ate right - I'm still motivated just hope the scale moves more next week- I still have 8 pounds to go....

    I had a very bad week. Mostly I binge on weekends so I change weigh in day on Friday and extended this challenge for me till end of March. I'm not giving up, I'll do better next week.

    Ok everyone we are almost through January only 1/3 of the way through the challenge which means we have lots of remaining weeks to kick fat's booty-so come on everyone, eat lean and get as much physical exercise as you can, (take the steps not the elevator, park your car in a space further from the entrance of the building) look for opportunities to be more active! Keep up the hard work and remember it will be worth it in the endnuiqc20eqczf.jpg

    It's cold here with flurries in the Nati but I'm going out for my regularly scheduled Sunday run-dreading the wind on my face but I will be happy when I am done and then I can snuggle up to a warm fire in the fireplace when I get back-shout out to all you die hard winter runners!
