This is more than I usually lose. The 1st 2 lbs could have been water weight from what I ate before and I lost 1 lb when I cut my hair- hope it is coincidence6 -

Been a Myfitnesspal member for awhike now but never joined a group. I think I will join this one as it seems that it could help to motivate.

I lost 5.8 pounds in Jan..4 -

Current weight - 58.4 kg

Ultimate goal - 56.5 kg (but would be happy with 57)
January 8th: 58.2 kg
January 15th: 58.0 kg
January 22th: 58.3
January 29th: 58.0
January 31st: 57.3 -> Well I definitely didn't lose this much in 2 days, but I actually wasn't home for my past two weigh ins, and I was weighing on a different scale. So I guess I was being fooled by the scale I'm back home now and I can't believe I actually reached my goal and passed it

Didn't reach the goal set, but will not give up. Just going to keep going! Some victories for me this month include:
1. Passing from Obese to Overweight on the BMI scale.
2. People starting to comment on difference they see.
3. Donating more than half my closet that suddenly looked *very* baggy/frumpy on me.8 -
