More than happy with that. Dropped all my Christmas weight plus another 5lb. If I go by my original plan for the year February's target wild be 175lb but I think I'll try and stretch it a bit more than that.7 -

My January goal was to make it to 200 lbs and as of this morning I made it to 199! Goal met!
Congratulations! That is a big deal. Years ago I lost a bunch of weight but I never could stick below 200. I kept 52 lbs off for about 13 years, which was good, but there is something about 1-numbers that eluded me. Then in the last 3 years weight started creeping back on.
I'm determined to join you in onederland!
