    Yep totally need this!! My plan is to change my work outs from morning to evenings as im good all day till night time hits.

    This thread is def my problem area.. I was just saying to my husband next time I have a snack after (our son's ) bedtime I need to think carefully whether I am really hungry or if it is just habit.

    Held the line with no solid food after 6:00pm OK, but I’m now adding beer and milk to my “not after 6:00pm" list. No sense scarfing up calories, carbs or protein with either of them if I’m trying to avoid doing that by avoiding solids.
