    This is so much harder than I thought it would be. I thank you all for this challenge. I would not have stuck with it even this long if not for the challenge. I feel a bit like I am failing, you all have such longer times than I do. But this is not a race, this is challenging myself to do a little more than I would have on any other day. I will get to be able to do longer times, first I have to get to doing them regularly. And thanks to you all I am starting to do that. THANK YOU!! Maybe I will even reach my goal of 28 minutes.     Agreed, it's not as easy as it looks. However, thanks to @B3achy and this challenge I've improved way beyond my wildest dreams with planking. I have probably 90% less pain in my lower back thanks to the core I've built doing these. Just keep coming back, @B3achy will post a new challenge for March I'm sure. You'll get better each month!

    I feel you on the shoulder. Although mine has been from my neck, evidently I pinched a cervical nerve so it sends pain into my shoulder first, and if I aggravate it enough, it travels down to my right elbow. Grrr. Odd thing is that it doesn't seem to bother me with the side planks. I guess that's good news, but the bugger hurts more just standing up straight. More yoga here I come. lol

    30secs forearm plank

    That's 1.5 mins. Longer than I have held a single plank so far, but see how it goes. So I am logging as 1, 2 or 3 'sets' :) make it look a bit neater this month."

    No worries @beerfoamy it happens. This flu crap has hit me 2x this year. Most of us in at work have had it 2x and people are still coughing and running around with stuffy noses. It just doesn't go away. I think it's the lack of cold where we live, it just never got cold enough long enough to kill all the viruses running around, so they just mutate and you get sick again. Zombie plague is next methinks. ;) Just do what you can and come back next month and try again, you got this!

    That you are still trying is all that matters in my boat. A lot of other people would have given up. Push yourself to be happy with your results, then really be happy with them. You are succeeding!
