    I secretly believe that some of my family wants me to stay heavy. I know that may not be true, but it is just a feeling. (Due to some remarks and behaviors from them). Regardless if it is true or not, I am going to continue to work hard, because I am doing it for me. :). (I confess, although I am doing this for me, a part of me can't wait to show off... just a tiny bit..).

    I put my shoes on and started a video and just stopped cause I feel blah
    so now I'm going to take my shoes off and do laundry I guess
