    I confess I'm really self-conscious about talking on the phone. I'm usually afraid that I don't sound professional enough and that I talk too loud, since I can't hear myself with the other ear. I'll have to share an office when we move to the other building and I just realized and I'm nervous.

    I confess that when I was younger and dumber I was using work email to have some interesting conversations at work and I got caught. I was asked that if I were going to have those type of conversations I should go to lunch with the gentleman I was emailing and do it there. Humiliating

    Soo... My heart is showing abnormality and my blood pressure is 90/55
    But I'm not worried..
    I haven't been eating like I should at this point of the game so it's probably cause of lack of potassium and sodium... Í Just Need to eat more healthy.
