I would like to join. I will start tracking it tomorrow. Since this is my first time and I don't really know what is realistic for me I will just shoot for the 24 hours this time.4

I'm in! This is my first challenge ever on here. I'll do 24 hours.I normally walk 30 minutes a day with my hubby but I need to add strength building. Good luck all!5

Had a light day today after my long workout yesterday...
1 March: 3 min - Planks (mixed); 32 min - Glider (2.11 miles) = 35 minutes

Hey for those looking for a fun way to get in exercise minutes, this is a great challenge that some of us are in. For me, it nearly doubled my weekly minutes as I was much more motivated to exercise because I was on a team than just being self-motivated to get it done.
Right now, we've got a lot of folks that are having health issues (from the flu to more serious challenges), so the teams are losing people and need replacements (and the waitlist is pretty thin). So if you join the waitlist by Sunday (and respond to any of the messages the organizers may send you), you will likely be placed on a team for next week (starting on Monday). Only a couple more weeks to go, and a great way to try it out and be part of motivating team competition!
