Hey for those looking for a fun way to get in exercise minutes, this is a great challenge that some of us are in. For me, it nearly doubled my weekly minutes as I was much more motivated to exercise because I was on a team than just being self-motivated to get it done.
Right now, we've got a lot of folks that are having health issues (from the flu to more serious challenges), so the teams are losing people and need replacements (and the waitlist is pretty thin). So if you join the waitlist by Sunday (and respond to any of the messages the organizers may send you), you will likely be placed on a team for next week (starting on Monday). Only a couple more weeks to go, and a great way to try it out and be part of motivating team competition!

I've managed to tweak my back again yesterday. Was hoping to get more done today, but with the back hurting and working some long hours, I only got some modified planks done. Need to up my game, to get it back in gear. Tomorrow is my day off, so hope to get a lot more minutes in.
