    I would love to join. Please add me. Single mama of 4 busy teens. I work and am in grad school. I've gained a ton of weight in the past couple years and want it gone! I want to feel and be healthy again.

    weight loss to date: 0. Day 1
    Weight loss method: tracking food in MFP, starting Isagenix today; using fitbit to track steps, goal 10,000 a day, walking 7 days a week; starting exercise program next week after giving body time to adjust to new nutritional program.

    Monthly Weigh-in! Lost last week’s “adjustment” gain, and then some. Also lost a total of 10"

    Goal weight: 150
    Progress to date: 14.6 pounds lost

    Averaging seven pounds a month. Hopefully I’ll stay on track and be down another 40 by cruise time in December.

    Weight stayed the same last week but I am down 40 pounds since I started in November so I am sure it will start coming off again just a mini plateau I need to push thru

    wow, lots of new people! Welcome!

    My weigh in day is Sunday, but I can tell I'm going to be a little up from last week. Too many drinks and too much good food when I was in Vegas! That's ok, I'm back to real life and the weight is still coming off! Happy Friday!

    Weight loss method: low fat, low sugar, low calorie, logging everything I eat.... and TRYING to lay off the alcohol.

    I'm surprised I did so well, because I ate more than my share of french fries this week! But I also did a lot of walking, and ate a lot of salads, so they must have counteracted each other.

    I have nothing special going on in the near future, so there's no reason not to have another great week next week. I'm SO close to the 30 pound mark.... maybe by the end of March? After that, it will be on to the next goal!

    I am a 30 year old married Mom of 3. I own a business, volunteer weekly, and take care of my ailing mom. Finding time for myself has not been a priority. I lost 4 pounds between September and December. Since Christmas I have lost 28 pounds by watching my diet. I started exercising a little in February. I would like to step it up and lose quite a bit more by our vacation at the end of June.

    SW: 221.8 (9/2016)
    CW: 190.0 (3/1/2017)
    GW: 160 by the end

    Prayers to you and your mom! It can be so stressful and draining to care for a family member. Keep finding time to care for yourself as well. The world needs more loving and caring people like you!

    Hi, I'm 29 and need to lose 50lbs all together. I'd love to join you all on this journey! I was 120lbs before I had my daughter 3 years ago, and I've just been too lazy to lose the weight!

    UGW: 18-20.5% body fat

    Weight loss method: Weighing, measuring and logging all food. Ensuring I have enough protein and good fats for satiety. Kettlebell and lifting workouts. My goal is 122g of protein each day and 25g of fiber. Workouts consisting of kettlebells and lifting. I also try to incorporate HIIT and Tabata as well.

    I forgot to check in last week. Sorry about that! Life has been crazy.

    My upcoming week: Things with my kids are getting incredibly busy and sometimes overwhelming.
