There are no "magic" foods for me, but here are three staples recently:
- Canned sardines (reach my daily protein goals and get some Omega-3s)
- Kirkland protein bars (protein and fiber)
- Greek yogurt3 -
Chicken boob
Tuna
Fish oil10 -
avocado, tons of meat, lots of leafy greens.4

Chicken breast
Diet soda
Protein bars
Super fast protein and meals when needed. Can't do without that diet coke either. Man, I try cutting it and I want to binge all day.2 -

White wheat bread

I can't narrow it to 3! The things I buy most often that help me feel full and stay within my calorie goal and/or treats I must have on hand:
1. Fage 2% Greek yogurt (plain + add honey and cinnamon)
2. Eggs
3. Apples
4. Bananas
5. Protein bars (Luna, Cliff, Larabar)
6. Coffee
7. Dark chocolate (must have everyday!)
8. Beer
9. Wine4 -

Granola bars
Cottage Cheese

I tend to eat mostly:
Breakfast:
oatmeal (with unsweetened almond milk and frozen fruit)
eggs (many different ways so as not to get bored - and I stopped putting cheese in them because I don't taste it enough to be worth the calories)
Lunch:
lettuce (for salads, wrap for meats, etc)
tuna
low sodium turkey deli (wrapped in lettuce)
Dinner:
chicken
beef (once a week)
stir fry
Snacks:
bananas
apples
laughing cow cheese
Skinny Pop popcorn
Sides/Condiments:
avocado
rye bread
pickles
Liquid:
water (will sometimes put lime, fresh ginger or a dash of POM juice)
wine
This isn't ALL I eat, but I do eat more of this than anything probably.

Hmmm some staples:
Light Italian bread (45 cals/slice)
Flat bread wraps (90 cal/9 grams fiber!)
Avacado
