    I have had the week from hell so not very impressed with my results. Today is a fresh start for me. Heading out for a 10k run and doing day 10 level 1 of 30DS

    Exercise 117 minutes, goal of 225---just not good enough! Hold me to it this week guys!

    Mind you Tom came to visit just yesterday, hoping the is why im up. No excuses tho!

    Exercise minutes = 410 Huge increase from last week....

    Really disappointed in the results this week. I have been hovering between 177 and 175 for the last two weeks. Really want to be at 174 so that I feel the 160's in view.....

    Any tips?

    Okay, here are my stats for this week (although some measurements just don't make sense where they went up...but I digress...)

    Height: 5'7"
    Weight: 195 (I was super excited yesterday when I weighed and it was 193.4-a first and then I make some not good dinner decisions last night getting me back to 195 for this mornings weight in :frown: )
    Bust: 34"
    Waist: 36.5"
    Hips: 42"
    Thigh: 27.5"
    Arm: 10.5"
    Wrist: 6.5"

    Exercise Minutes: 189. Again, I"m going to try increasing this each week. I was happy that I added on to what I did last week.

    Ok bad dinner last night.. 2 pocket tacos and a margarita and cheese dip.... I feel so bloated.I weighted yesterday at 180.4 (no change from last week) and this morning as I am sittin here drinking my Venti No Fat no Whip creamer White Mocha from starbucks...

    Aw, stink! Don't know if it was the air travel, TOM, or eating out and guessing at calories, but hoping the first 2 only so it would only be water weight! Anyway, here it is:

    Exercise: 471 minutes

    Okay, head held high, eyes on the prize, and refusing to be discouraged! Keep it up, BLC! We can do this if we stick with it---no matter what the scale says on those days!
