The first liar never has a chance when it comes to internet lifts. On the internet everybody is 8% BF and benches at least 315 for reps.7

My chest is my weakest muscle group.
I can barely do 225 for one rep, which I would imagine is below average for someone my age and height (35yo 5'9 179lbs)
I still do my little 165lbs for sets of 6-8 x4, and I don't care if other people look down on me.3 -

My bench is pretty week in general...it's particularly week at the moment due to some issues with my right shoulder...these are ongoing issues from a long time ago, so I highly doubt I'll ever have a very good bench.0

Based on what I see at the gyms I go to, which is one large commercial gym and one small local gym, I have bottom tier strengh.

Most men can lift 135 for reps, and I barely lift more than that for more regular exercise routine. :-(0 -
