White sports bra is january 2017. I weighed 192. Green bra is a month later at 186. I don't have a current one but I am down to about 184.
Height: 5'10"
SW: 246 (38 weeks pregnant with 5th c-section baby)
CW: 184

5'10-11 just starting CW 230 Goal 170
I'm the same height (my doctor says I'm 5'10" but I refuse to believe I shrank an inch!) and started at 237, currently around 184. It's taken me almost 2 years to get this far but I quit a couple of times and gained some back. Feel free to add me since we're pretty close to weight loss twins!3 -
Hey everybody! I think this is my first post. Anyways I'm 22, 5'8 and I've lost about 60ish pounds since I was 18. Here's a picture of me around my heaviest (203 pounds) when I was 17 in high school and body progress pictures from the last year while I've been trying to get the "summer body" I have always wanted haha. Over the past 4 years I've stopped eating meat, working out (almost) everyday, drinking like a gallon of water a day, and recently dramatically cutting back on dairy. I didn't know where else to post this, but the picture on the very right was taken this morning and i'm getting excited with how my abs are starting to poke through the chub lol.15 -

You aren't alone! I was so shocked to see I am barely 5' 10" and I used to easily be 5'11". I've seen a couple of others in the success stories say they got better posture as they lost weight. Could gravity be pulling on my fat and shrinking me? It would be so cool to not only be back to my pre baby weight but my pre baby height too!2 -
5'11 - Not sure of weight in first photo - probably 225? Currently 179 - looking to lose 25 more.23 -
Im so proud of all of you !1

Hello!
First time posting on your thread.
I'm 68, I was 5'10" tall, but my doctor says 5'8". Go figure!!
I had back surgery last year and my mobility has been very bad so I zoomed up to 294 lbs!! The most I ever weighed even when I was pregnant.
I started dieting on my own last June and lost 16 lbs and since on MFP I'm down to 270! It's been a struggle with pain and drugs but I'm going on walks and feeling pretty good.
Left: 278, right: 270

You women are all goddesses! This thread is so inspiring to me. I'm 5'8" and about 205. I want to get down to 150 (155 might be more reasonable).5

While I have no progress photos to show, if anyone else is about 5'8" and currently looking to lose 10+ pounds, feel free to follow me! I'm looking for more motivation and MFP friends who can keep me on track.3

It took me a long time because I wanted to do it safely and have it be sustainable but it was totally possible given the stress of transitioning from high school to university and moving 3 times in the past 4 years. I have no advice for shorter term weight loss as I found that the slower method of just gradually exercising more and eating less came naturally over time with being more disciplined about saying no to things and embracing things I used to say no to. I still eat a lot of what I want (I.e burritos) but have learned to always get a small and to ask for no cheese and sour cream and it saves a lot of calories. You realize that things taste just as good without the added extras anyways. Good luck!!!

I haven't actually looked at my before and afters until now! I'm 5'10", starting weight was about 260lbs ( I think!) currently 145lb and on maintenance as I am recovering from surgery, would like to lose a few more lbs but will be focusing on getting fit and healthy again for now.19 -
Good morning! I can't believe it's already April 20th! Keep on track and do your best to get some walking in or other exercise. I bought a exercise peddler to use in front of the TV. I love it. I can get 30 minutes in while I watch a program. It was under $40 too!

I'm in the teal above, life has thrown a curveball and I've been maintaining for over 50 days without a loss, but without a gain either. I am back full force and ready to drop the last 25! Here I am again - Starting weight 230+ and currently 179

Im 5'9.5". I think my before pics are a bit under my heaviest of 200lbs, my afters(even though I'm not quite done) are at 143 this morning. I've lost 80lbs before. It was after I had my son but I had struggled to loose the weight after my daughter and kept going back and forth on the scales. Finally, something clicked in October '16 and I was able to buckle down and get the job done! Lol I'm super happy and feel so much better.31 -
Wow! What an achievement ! You look amazing . What was your regime?1

You girls are doing fantastic!! I've lost a total of 30 lbs since a year ago. I had back surgery so it's been slow. Starting weight: 294; now: 264!
I've lost 13 lbs since 3/25/17 when I joined MFP. I turned 68 in March too!
