    I would love to participate! I was on a plateau for a little over a month but I finally broke through it and am now down in the 130's. I also weigh myself every morning to make sure I'm on the right track but never more than once a day. I started this weight loss journey in January at my heaviest; 160#.

    05/03: 133.8 A week ago, I was 135.5 so that is a 1.7# decrease!
    05/04: 133.2 Weight is slowly and steadily coming off. Trying to keep my food logging tight and my diet clean.
