It's around 300-350 calories. Swiss rolls are in the mfp database as several people have already started

I am just really scared so I didn't finish the entire thing. I took 60% and threw the rest away.

So 60% of 300. Do the math. And, seriously, LET IT GO!

    1. Green? Seriously? Why would anyone do that to a Swiss roll? This Swiss girl is a smidgen upset about that....
    2. Why would you freak out about a one-time occurrence? Log your best estimate and be better prepared for random hunger attacks the next time.

I had a matcha swiss roll that was divine, and green. Don't knock it till you try it!

Well matcha is something else entirely... and would not look like that... thing? The matcha cupcakes I make don't look poisonous green...

But even then I'm not sure I could do that to a Swiss roll... :anguished:

Disclosure: I grew up on my Grandmother's home-baked Swiss rolls... There's no changing this girl.

This is a different swiss roll than is pictured in the other thread? So did you eat 60% of two rolls? You are going to go to he'll of course.

I'm sad this thread isn't about Little Debbie's reintroducing the 100 calorie per swiss roll product.

Is it green by any chance?

    Maybe for St Patrick's Day?

I can't find those 100 calorie rolls anywhere anymore!

You should discuss this with a professional because it sounds like you are developing an eating disorder.

It's fine. We all make mistakes sometimes. You do sound like you're developing an eating disorder if a small slip up like this is freaking you out.

    Mistake? Slip up?

OP has eaten a small cake for goodness sake.

*Part* of a *slice* of a cake, good lord.
I'm not saying it's a good food, but it's in a manageable amount that will easily be eclipsed by eating better the next day.

    Eh?

Why would OP need to 'eat better' the next day?

How is eating a small Swiss roll a mistake or a slip up, why would the next days eating need to be better?

Surely OP could eat a piece of Swiss roll every day.

The world has literally gone mad.

No, not everybody can fit a piece of Swiss roll in every day while dieting.

I agree some days I wouldnt be able to fit it in, however I like viewing this as changing my lifestyle and not a diet. I dont exactly want OP's swiss roll. But who doesnt enjoy a treat? I can fit a treat in almost every day, because I dont plan on giving them up forever, I want to make my way of eating manageable.

If it's mint or like white chocolate mint that would be delicious.
