Please don't kid me legit
It's around 300-350 calories. Swiss rolls are in the mfp database as several people have already started
I am just really scared so I didn't finish the entire thing. I took 60% and threw the rest away.
if this is really how you are viewing food then i would suggest seeking immediate psychological help...6 -
Was it any good??1

Seriously I expected a discussion on these. I don't know WTF that OP swiss roll is.

You should discuss this with a professional because it sounds like you are developing an eating disorder.4

It's fine. We all make mistakes sometimes. You do sound like you're developing an eating disorder if a small slip up like this is freaking you out.3

*Part* of a *slice* of a cake, good lord.
I'm not saying it's a good food, but it's in a manageable amount that will easily be eclipsed by eating better the next day.2 -

Eh?
Why would OP need to 'eat better' the next day?
How is eating a small Swiss roll a mistake or a slip up, why would the next days eating need to be better?
Surely OP could eat a piece of Swiss roll every day.
The world has literally gone mad.6 -

No, not everybody can fit a piece of Swiss roll in every day while dieting.3 -

I agree some days I wouldnt be able to fit it in, however I like viewing this as changing my lifestyle and not a diet. I dont exactly want OP's swiss roll. But who doesnt enjoy a treat? I can fit a treat in almost every day, because I dont plan on giving them up forever, I want to make my way of eating manageable.2 -

You should have freaked out about it Before you took your 1st bite. Kinda late now.
So, log it and move on.2 -
If it's mint or like white chocolate mint that would be delicious.0

Just tell me what flavor that is because I just can't move on with life now without knowing. Also, I have had an ED before (eating disorder) and you should honestly speak to a Dr. You can write me a message if you want to talk. It's not that serious - trust me.6
