05/13 302.6 (the day was kick butt day. I pushed really hard today with exercise)

05/14 147.6. Mother's Day weekend events have been difficult. Back on the wagon today. Challenge will be no stress eating at work tomorrow.
05/15 145.8. No stress eating today! Made it without candy--my addiction. Trained arms and back. Very late dinner. We'll see what scale looks like in am.
05/16 145.2. Work day #2 with no candy! Definitely noting some stress eating--just more healthy food. Need to log all food in MFP. Trained with combo moves today.
05/17 144.6. Still not completely over the hump but today was good. Soup and salad lunch with friends was not a disaster. Wanted ice cream cake when I got home tonight. Settled for yogurt and blueberries. Actually tasted good. Leg day--will be in pain tomorrow.
05/18 144.3 Slipped a little. Late day at office and ended up snacking poorly (very). Tried to offset with cardio class that sucked--or maybe I sucked
05/19 144.3 No candy today. I think I'm getting the hang of this. Sounds cliche but fruit really does taste great! No workout today. Late meeting. Ready for the weekend.
05/20 145.1. Hmmm. Not sure I understand this one. Hate that I won't make my ten day goal, but I guess if I can get to 143.5, it will have been an awesome week. Grateful about beating sugar!
05/21 145.3 Family birthday barbecue last night. Too much salty food. Three mile walk today and 30 minutes yoga. Tomorrow should be back on track. Still no candy!
