    Hello, I know it is Wednesday, but I just now came across this topic and I would really love to join in. Posting my goal and progress so far. I love this challenge!!

    Mon: 567 calories burned: 1 hour - Pilates class; 30 minutes- Circuit Training; 12 minutes - Elliptical Trainer
