This week's successes: It's more of a "this month successes". I'm down 6 pounds (2.8 kg) for the past month.
This week's challenges: Well, a month have gone by since my surgery in May. Getting better by the day. Haven't been in the gym for about 40 days now. I'm considering a light workout today so I can see in what condition I am. I'm pretty satisfied with the 6 pounds I've lost for the past month, considering that I'm still struggling with my diet and not being able to train. I hope I'll start logging again in MFP soon. Broke my 70 day streak a while ago, but with the poor food after the surgery I didn't find any meaning to log it.
P.S. Aside of that - I got my degree two days ago and I'm very happy. After four hard years I'm an еngineer! WOOHOO!4 -

This week's successes: Lost .8 # Visited family last weekend, I did not over eat and got my steps to 10K four days.
Next weeks challenge: Look to reaching a new all time low weight! I was at 209.8 two weeks ago but had a 2# gain after reaching that! Today I'm back at 209.8 BUT can see it going down next week.
Also focusing on week 26 of a 52 week challenge, mid year is almost here! Like to see how close I can get to -26# by 6/29.4 -

Next few weeks will be a challenge with surgery scheduled for the coming week & several weeks recovery after that. A little wound-up about the effect of inactivity, etc. for the rest of the summer but determined to stay on point.4 -

Frustrated at not having lost as much this week. Didn't feel as well this week, and didn't sleep as well. Had several meals out because of work. Stayed on plan the best I could, but impacted my weight loss. Focusing on not getting discouraged and pushing through. To another week!2 -

This Week's life challenges
This week I have a work conference for four days. I will be out of town Tuesday thru Friday. The conference is worthwhile. We review annual updates, legislative, GASB, etc. and I always have valuable take-home. But the food is such a challenge. There are not good choices at snack time and I have to go to sponsored evening events with alcohol and folks carrying around tasty hors d’oeuvres. I'm girding up my loins in preparation.- Water Water Water – should help with the food control
- Bed by 11 each weeknight
- 70,000+ steps for the week
- Be considerate of my husband – he is traveling with me but has no work to do
- Finish two items on the work list 1) MIP and 2) Data Dump for I-know-who
- Unpack when I get home, not a week later.
The summer solstice 2017 (in the Northern Hemisphere) will be on Wednesday, June 21. It's all downhill from here.3 -

This week's successes: Trying to get back on track. Doing better on my eating in deficit. Did some light strength training today, first time since May 19th. Being off calorie logging and no working out since the 20th of May didn't do much damage weight wise; I have thankfully maintained, considering I am an emotional eater and it could have been very bad. Strength-wise is another story...but today was a start!
This week's challenges: My mom passed away unexpectedly on the 21st of May. I have been reeling and totally fell off the wagon for nearly a month. Hard to get motivated again because I feel simply drained emotionally and physically. I can't give up all I have worked hard for since January 1st; and I have a goal in 52 weeks to meet. Eyes forward.3 -
RayvenSkye96, I am so sorry for your loss. As I leave tomorrow to visit my 87 year old Mother, I will be cherishing the visit even more.2
