@bionicpuffy What is Orange Theory?

It is the name of a gym that does HIIT in a group setting. I've only been a few times as I am not a member, but periodically do drop-ins. The times I have gone, the hour is split between running on a treadmill, rowing, and body weight/lifting exercises. Like, the first 20 mins will be interval running on a treadmill, the next 20 will be interval rowing, and then the last 20 will be a combo of, like, burpees and shoulder presses or jump squats and bicep curls (so, a combo of a lift and something to get the HR up).

The "gimmick" (which I actually quite like!) is that everyone has a heart rate monitor on and you can check your HR on a large screen. The goal is to maximize your time in the orange HR zone, which is the tier below red. At then end of the work out, you can see how many minutes you spent in each zone and there's an estimated calorie burn.
