            I'm new to this community. I need help/support staying on track. I am only 5'1" so this is a lot of weight for my frame. My doctor just put me on a heart health diet/low cholesterol and low sodium. My long term goal is to be 125 lbs in a year (June 30, 2018) and to get off my medications. (This picture of me is from when I lost weight the first time. I need to get back there!)
