    Original starting weight - August 21st : 75.5kg -166.1lbs
    July Starting weight - 53kg - 116.84lbs
    July goal: 50kg - 110lbs or really just not to go above 52kg am in maintenance

    152cm tall.

    I took part in the Feb and March challenge and went from 189 to 180. I then went off the wagon and went back up to 187 so here I am again, really determined to stick with this.
