    13 cups of water today, little over calories and no real exercise still so much for 3 workouts before vacation. picked blackberries tonight yum!! Looks like it will be a great crop this year nearly a gallon on first picking.

    :laugh: I was looking for the 'post' I made last night and I was so tired that I must not have hit the 'post reply' button. All I can say getting 3 hours of sleep and driving for 10 hours had me more tired than I have been in a long time!

    I loved reading everyones post just now. Looks like everyone is keeping it real and having ups and downs. I love being on this journey with you all!

    Days 3 and 4 for me.
    Day 3 for me. . .
    Goals (Tuesday)
    1. Stay under in calories 6 days. (that excludes the day I go to Outback)~~ WAY WAY over!
    2. Drink my 120 oz of water all 7 days. ~~ Got in 180oz, found out I drink alot while driving.
    3. Zumba Monday and use my Mom's exercise equipment Wed - Fri.~~ N/A
    4. Say NO at least 2 times a day Tue - Sat. (next Sun I'll start this goal again) ~~Realized today I passed a mcdonalds breakfast sandwich and cookies before bed.

    Day 4 for me. . .
    Goals (Wednesday)
    1. Stay under in calories 6 days. (that excludes the day I go to Outback)~~ UNDER, and very thrilled with myself!
    2. Drink my 120 oz of water all 7 days. ~~ YES!
    3. Zumba Monday and use my Mom's exercise equipment Wed - Fri.~~10 minutes on an elliptical and I thought I was going to die!
    4. Say NO at least 2 times a day Tue - Sat. (next Sun I'll start this goal again) ~~Pancakes and cookies before lunch

    Day 3 for me finished strong! Even went out for drinks with friends but because it was past 8pm I only had sparkling water.

    1. NO EATING AFTER 8PM -- done
    2. LOG EVERYTHING -- about to do this
    3. DRINK GREEN TEA WITH ONE MEAL -- drank it by the gallon today
    4. WALK ONE HOUR EVERY OTHER DAY -- I don't know if I can get this in. I did take a half-hour walk this morning but that was it! Eeep.

    Awesome job!! You knew you'd go over 1 day, and you planned for it. How fabulous you're getting with saying NO!!!

    Report Day 3

    1. Get up on time in the morning, no more than 1 snooze! Slept late this morning, but it was planned so it's not late. Up most of the night with an injured puppy!
    2. Spend at least 1 hour a day on a home improvement project worked on organizing kids play area
    3. Minimum of 30 minutes a day exercise Got a little time in on the elliptical and 2 walks
    4. Vitamins daily!Yes! 2 days in a row! Amazing! 3 days!

    Wednesday check-in:

    1. Eat only one "treat" after dinner 150 calories or less (only if cals available) Yes! Didn't have one!
    2. Stay at or below 1400 net calories. Yes!
    3. Drink at least 6 8oz glasses of water a day. NO -- only had 4 :frown:

    I will get my water in today - I will drink it all before I "allow" myself a diet coke!

    Great job everyone! Keep up the good work!

    My wednesday goal report looks good:

    1. Log all calories - I didn't log here as I didn't have access to a computer. But I did keep track - I figure this counts too!
    2. Drink 64 oz. of water - didn't quiet make this one
    3. Exercise 3x - did 45 minutes of swimming! Felt great to get out there - just have to keep the trend going!

    I've lost 2 lbs this week already - I'm super excited to keep going!!!

    Traveling to Pittsburgh wasa nightmare today! TRAFFIC, TRAFFIC & MORE TRAFFIC!!:sad:


    DID OK TODAY........UNTIL TONIGHT!! TOO TIRED TO EXERCISE & TOO STRESSED FROM THE TRAFFIC THAT I NEEDED A SWEET TREAT!! :-( :explode:

    1. Keep 5/6 Food Diary # ✔✔NOPE!!
    2. No Nighttime Nuts ✔ ✔ ✔ ✔✔No Getting Nuts AGAIN!!
    3. 30 min walking/exercise) ✔✔✔✔ NOPE!!
    4. 25 Crunches on ball or bed (my way) ✔✔✔✔On my Bed!
    5. Daily Check-in ✔✔ ✔✔HELLLLLLO!!

    Looks like you've had some good days in a row! I imagine Summer goes quite fast when you are off for the Summer. Wow, so hard to believe it's nearly time for kids to head back.

    1. Log all calories - I didn't log here as I didn't have access to a computer. But I did keep track - I figure this counts too!
    2. Drink 64 oz. of water - didn't quiet make this one
    3. Exercise 3x - did 45 minutes of swimming! Felt great to get out there - just have to keep the trend going!

    I've lost 2 lbs this week already - I'm super excited to keep going!!!

    Logged EVERYTHING and I do mean EVERYTHING.:blushing: :sad: But I do feel good it all got logged.
    Now to drink water by the gallons to help with that food log. :drinker:
    Today was my rest day and boy I didn't realize how much I needed one! So listening to my body is working:happy:

    Looking forward to Friday getting here.:tongue:

    Hello Thursday Check-in!

    1) Logged everything--under calories, but WAAAAAY over on sodium. However, I think sodium will be one of next week's goals. It's definitely something to keep my eye on, but since I'm still getting used to the idea that I WILL survive on just 1400 calories a day, I think I'm not quite ready to start "fine tuning" every little thing juuuust yet. :ohwell:

    2) Group check in--I don't spend a lot of at home time on the computer (can't check chat boards at work), but I really like catching up on everyone's posts. The encouragement that everyone gives is so heartwarming that I just feel reassured that this group is EXACTLY where I'm supposed to be. :flowerforyou: Thank you, you Fabulous, FABULOUS PEOPLE!!:love:

    3) Make a better choice--well, having too much sodium at lunch & at dinner probably negates a lot, but I did buy a diet soda for lunch and dumped it to drink water instead. Not a huge win, but I'll take it anyway. :laugh:

    That's it for me tonight. Early to bed & hopefully sleep to follow quickly. Goodnight!

    Sodium and sugar is what I struggle with! Seems I can never quite get it under the MFP recommendations!

    Felt absolutely great today!!!

    4. WALK ONE HOUR EVERY OTHER DAY -- just couldn't swing it, but I knew I wouldn't be able to today. My plan is to finish out the weekend with three workouts in a row.

    Thursday Check in:

    1. Log all calories - I did this but was disappointed in myself. My sweet tooth got the best of me yesterday. It wasn't horrible but I would have stayed in my calorie limit if I would have just cut out one!

    2. Drink 64oz. of water - made it!
    3. Exercise 45 minutes 3x/week - Got 35 minutes in. I can't believe how out of shape I am! Baby steps though - I'll get there!
