Even cuter when you realize based on the 89 in her username she's either 27 or 28, aka still the prime time of her physical life.9 -
You can be slim and muscular and not be giving your body the nutrients it needs because you use all your calories up on junk. Eventually those nutritional deficiencies will take a toll. Maybe your eyesight will suffer, your hair will get dull and fall out, your nails will become brittle, your bones will thin. Health can't be seen from the outside and by the time you realize the inside is less than stellar, it can often be too late. Thin people can have heart attacks or diabetes. Pirates were not overweight, but they often died from scurvy because they didn't eat vitamin c. Being hot is not a guarantee that you are going to live to an old age.
Good luck with your junk-only diet.10 -

That's honestly how your posts are coming across. My first thought was why is this girl desperately seeking validation from a bunch of internet strangers
What worries me is the self diagnosed BED and the way she acts like it's nothing, it's insulting to people who struggle daily.
I didn't say it wasn't "nothing" to other people. Only myself. Don't be weird. Don't put words in my mouth.
An eating disorder is a serious problem for anyone who suffers from it. I'm not being weird I'm telling you if you have BED disorder as you said you do you need to get help. If you don't have an eating disorder please stop saying you do.
So your saying it's impossible for me to binge eat because I'm thin... I do bing eat, almost every single night and go into week long splurges on sugary foods. Just because I don't fit into the mold you want me to fit into does not mean I don't binge eat. Stop harassing me.
Binge means eating too many calories. Unless you also purge, you cannot stay slim while eating too many calories. This is how everyone knows you are lying.12 -

Yeah... I had a great junk food diet and was able to out exercise it... until I hit 40 and all the injuries started piling on... seriously.. WTF? Anyhoo... all of a sudden I couldn't out exercise my crap food and now I have to pay more attention to healthy and sustaining food, so that if my injuries act up, I don't pile on the weight.
But seriously... WTF 40? Why do you come with so many instant aches and pains! It's very humbling!
That said... I still have a 6 pack and am building muscle, and enjoying my food... it just takes more self-control. Damnit.3 -

That's because I am seeking validation from internet strangers I mean, like everyone in here is, it would be very surprising if even one person is NOT looking for validation on here. I would love to hear good job and amazing work and hear positive advice about how to eat. However I am FAR from desperate. I get tons of compliments all day
My question would be why are you seeking validation from internet strangers you can almost guarantee are going to criticize you in droves.
But, on another note, good job! Amazing work! I'm really happy for you! You look amazing. Positive advice is maybe keep the 200 cookie thing for special occasions. This is a judgment call but I'm making it...that is entirely too many cookies.6 -

I had 15 Oreos in one day recently but I was *not* proud, lol.
I could probably eat 200 cookies and a cake in a week. OP can keep the deep dish pizza, though.2
