    Thank you for having the challenge for us! The 12 weeks is a good chunk of time to see what I can do!

    I can't believe I weigh more than when I was 9 months pregnant! I lost all the of that weight....and then life happened and here I am and I want it to stop!!!! Yikes!!! Help me!!!

    -7 lbs last week!! -21lbs since May 1 (started Keto). Only 11lbs from my goal of 225 I set 2.5 years ago.
    Total lost 129 pounds! #unstoppable

    I am in!!! I'm looking to take off the 10 pounds I've gained back of the nearly 40 I lost. I vowed to lose the weight and never find it again but guess What? I found 10 pounds. I'm ready to turn my flab to fab again! I've been looking for support and I think I found it!!

    A day late... I want to join too. Already had eggs this morning. I am a sugar addict and I lost 20 pounds but already gained 15 pounds back in 4 months. Arghhhh!!!! Lets do this!
    Current 242 lbs. Goal: 40 lbs loss. Here we go!

    Heading out to go on a walk. My goal is 2 miles today. I do 1 mile every day and just stop. Well today's the day I'm switching up my route and adding another mile on. Time to break my routine. Wish me luck.
