    7/17 106.9 I don't normally fluctuate this much, but I don't normally weigh every day either. Although I know my actual weight is not 107 lbs I am encouraged to keep my Calories down and my exercise consistent.
    7/18 108.8 yep. Exercised (again). Only 3 more days!

    Round 6 - 143.6
    Round 7 - 140.6
    Round 8 - 139.4
    Round 9 - 141.8

    7/12 - 141.0 I think I figured out my yoyo weight by reducing carbs as much as possible. However was up for Round 9 while on vacation and a couple parties. My goal this 10 days is to drop 1 lb and end at 140.8
    7/13 - 140.8 I think this is just water loss. For some reason I've had a few nights of night sweats. Not sure what's wrong...maybe my low-carb diet?
    7/14 - 139.8 Hoping to stay under 140 by the end of this 10 days.
    7/15 - 140.2 Too much snacking & drinks last night
    7/16 - 140.0
    7/17 - 139.2 Stayed under calories & carbs
    7/18 - 138.4 Yay! Hope I can stay down here
