SW 182.4 - in March
GW 150 - will reassess when I get there but at this point I think I'll maintain there for a while and work on my fitness progress.
7/21 - 156.4 - coming in from round 10
I would like to get below 155 in Round 11. I should be starting to slow things down as I get closer to my target. Daily weigh ins will definitely help to keep me in check and not stress the minor ups and downs as I get closer to where I plan to maintain for a while.

At healthy yesterday. Went to a concert with my husband and a group of friends and we walked around downtown. Didn't drink. Gained weight. Oh well.

7/22 - 275.0 Have been on vacation for 10 days. Lots of salty foods, so sure weight gain is water and stress. Need to find someway of bringing stress under control. husband now has a acne type rash from new chemo, swelling and sore blisters. Dr. says it's normal and means the chemo is working, but may have to decrease the dosage. House auction is on the 4th, so trying to get things packed, by myself , ready for move. Husband 3rd round of chemo is on Monday. Too much going on at once, don't feel like eating half the time or taking time for myself. I know I need to or I won't be able to take care husband, if I don't take care of myself. Time to get back on track. My Dr. appointment is on the 9th, would like to be below 270.

I spent all last evening in the hospital visiting a friend who needed emergency surgery and then went out for late night sushi and completely blew my weight loss out of perportion with excess eating and sugar (in case you haven't guessed... I'm an emotional eater ) so I'm up on the scale today. Back in the 200's.

@dalsora68 I don't know how you copy and paste, but you could hit the "quote" button and that would copy all the text from your previous post .. then just delete the words in the square brackets

7/22 247.8 Muscle relaxer took care of back pain, thank goodness. So I ran a 5K today! Gentle stretch and I am doing fine. Looks like I ~was~ retaining water. Doing great now.

I found this link online the chart says for your height you should be aiming between 94 -119lbs -- so 98 sounds correct but at the low end of the healthy bracket, wait till you are closer and re-assess how you feel / look ..
