 July loss: 2.2 lbs.
 I am back to the weekly average I was at right before vacation. It took a week to gain and three weeks to lose. Happy the weight is gone again and looking forward losing more.

 I went down to 167.5 (76.0 kg) on Friday, but had a bad weekend where I shot up 3lbs, but managed to get most of it back off today. I'm not far off my monthly goal and will hopefully reach it by next week, if not a bit more. Fingers crossed.

 7/22 135. Enjoyed Cheesecake Factory with my buddy Friday night. Skipped cheesecake but had some Korean fried cauliflower that tasted just like chicken. It was darn delish and so worth it. Had some bread and butter and my entrée was pasta with shrimp. All delish. Can’t forget the ultimate margarita I had either.
