Is it 25 a day?!.....I can handle 25 a day! I just don't like them because my boobs are a bouncing, than my pouche, and my booty gets going! It really hurts! I can jog til I am blue in the face or elliptisize til I'm blue in the face but jumping jacks errrrrrrrr0 -

I have knees that were supposed to put me in a wheelchair 6 years ago. Squats shouldn't hurt your knees if you are doing them properly and not using too much weight too soon.0 -

I hate squats. OMG, I feel like I'm going to die by time i'm done. Just want to go home and take a nap.

lunges... i have a bad knee and it kills. But if they are a required workout then I do them with caution.0

Does Treadmill count?, because I personally think it was designed by some dungeon master to be the most uncomfortable form of cardio in existence.
I feel worse after using one than I do before, so I stick to either stairs, elliptical, bike, or old fashioned running.0 -

Burpees, definitely. Just too fiddly and annoying or something.
Don't like lunges much either but I'm doing them, with a barbell.
Love squats , feel like a real proper weight trainer when I do them!0 -

I just googled "Jillian Michaels' spider pushup planks". Up until now I had never seen one, never mind tried one, but I'm fairly sure I'm going to despise it.
Someone please tell me its not in Level 2 or 3 of the 30 Day Shred! Please! (even if it is, tell me it isn't!) :sad:0 -

Jillian Michaels' spider pushup planks, her jumping oblique twists, her squats with v-raises and finally her double jump ropes...I groan every time I get to these spots on her videos, but I know they are for my own good! Doesn't mean I like them lol!
Definetly the double jump rope for me. My calves were screaming even in level 1!0 -

OMG! Who are you telling? I couldn't walk for 3 darn days after my last bootcamp. And I'm pretty sure it felt like we did squats the WHOLE time with every station. LOL0
