My current motivation is looking trimmer in my new Sweaty Betty shorts - I've never worn proper short shorts to the gym before.6 -
Seeing my best friend the end of August. We haven't seen each other in 17yrs and reconnected thru Facebook. She kept raving about how much her health has improved since she started eating clean a year ago. 2 1/2 weeks ago knowing I was going to be seeing her something just clicked. I picked up my copy of the Sugar Smart Diet and also got the Kindle app. Gave up all sugar, diet drinks, the 1 Sprite I'd been drinking. All the emotional non stop stress eating junk food/chocolate stopped. Also health problems contributed, but something just clicked and I'm only at Day 17, but feel so strong and determined. Starting to log this week is also helping me with my portion control and actually seeing what I'm putting in my mouth. Sugar and junk food no longer even tempt me although I still have an occasional craving for that Diet Pepsi. Only down 4lbs, but taking pics and can see a slight difference already.15

I started running last Nov. with a goal of eventually being able to run 10 miles (why 10? I have no idea...just a double digit distance.) Made it to 7 miles in May and then hurt my knee. Took a few months off to heal and now I'm back at it, slowly building my mileage back. Want to reach my original goal by this Nov!11

getting back below 148 which is my lowest proper weight ( apart from a few glorious days i saw 146, they didnt last long....) hoping to get there by september. Only 3.8 pounds to go but it feels a very long way to go! 150 is the weight I really struggle to get below.12

To see 180 again. Was 184.8 this morning, haven't been 180 in maybe 3 years!10

July 3:My initial weight-loss goal was 185. I've since lowered it to 168, but I'm really close to hitting that first goal. I'm bouncing around between 186 and 189, depending on my salt intake. Just gotta stop with the restaurant food...
July 5:185.8. So close!
Today/July 28: After recovering from multiple road trips and too much restaurant food, I'm finally at 185!! This is the weight I was when I met my hubs, and is the weight at which the bodyfat test predicts I hit a low health risk bodyfat percentage.
New mini-goal: 175, which would be a 20-year low.

Mini goal #1: 289.814 -
my first goal was loose the weight I gained the last year because I was having ankle ,knee, and hip pain and digestion issues from the extra weight ( 21 lbs ) as of 2 days ago I made that goal took 68 days ! and I am feeling quite a bit better .
next goal is get below 200 I have not been below 200 in over 2 years , possibly more . ultimate goal is turn my apple shape into a slight hourglass and find my waistline again12 -
My mini goal for this week, is to not feel hungry on my low cal days. I need to fill up on green veg and protein when I eat.9

I want to get into the 140s within the next two weeks! And this week I'd like to run five miles.9 -
I am going to Hawaii in late September with a group of friends, and am the most overweight of any of us. I want to be able to wear a swimsuit and feel confident.10

I've got 2lbs to go until my dreaded and cursed plateau weight. I'm going to break out of it! Also, just bought the cutest motivation outfit.15

Motivations!
- to feel healthy and fit enough to want to jump out of bed in the morning again
- get back to my pre-college weight (115 lbs) while currently at 172 lbs
- to wear my favorite black dress and old cute clothes again
- to develop a lifetime habit of taking care of my body and staying in shape

3 more pounds until I am officially in the "normal
Weight" BMI. At a half pound a week deficit that's 6 more long weeks but I will get there!18 -
To break through the 60 kg barrier (~132 lbs).
I have around 1.5 kg (3-4 lbs) to go. I can't even remember any time when I was that low; probably some early teenage years at around 14 or so (ie an eternity ago). It will take a while since I'm getting closer to goal weight and my deficit is pretty small by now but it's going to be mind-boggling to have a '5' in front of my weight.
And once I hit that, I'll have another important mini-goal coming up right after: getting below 59 kg (130 lbs)... which is half of my starting weight. Having lost 50% of my body weight (or looking at it from a different POV: having been twice the weight I will be then) is another big deal for me.
By now I don't care anymore how long it'll take but I know I'll get there eventually.17 -
I will take a trip to NY in September. Gotta glow for that vacay7

Still trying to beat my last mini goal-weighing less than my husband. He keeps losing weight too so this darn mini goal seems to never end!13

I have a few goals.
My priority is to fit in to my bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding next year (only two inches to go).
My second goal is to get back in to my favourite pair of Levi jeans.
My third goal is to not recoil in horror every time I see myself in the mirror.12 -

I am going to Poland for a wedding in October- I would like to lose 10lbs by then. That would put me right in line with my goal for the year (Onederland!).
Lose 10 lbs by October 3rd
Lose 20 lbs by December 31st9 -
I want to be able to wear my wedding rings again!12
