I managed to lose exactly 5 pounds in July, hoping to lose at least that (maybe a bit more) in August -- my birthday is in 1st September and I'd love to be at 165 lbs by then. 163 will be my lowest adult weight though, so reaching that would be an amazing birthday present!6 -

I used to partake in these a few years ago. It really helped me stay on track, 2 kids later and plenty of weight gained I am ready to get back at it. Thankfully not my highest weight and going in the right direction again. As this will be my first month really pushing it, my goal is actually 10 (knowing there's water weight too).

Potential challenge: going to see my family this weekend and going to the state fair with them. Traveling and a friend coming to town threw off my schedule a bit last month, so I am going to make a conscious effort to eat better and continue to workout while traveling this month.

Our weights and goal weight are about the same. I started out last week at 295 tracking what I ate and hit 288 today, which is also my weigh day. I was surprised that I broke into the 280's range. So can you! Just track that food and try to stay within your daily allotments. We can do this!! Looking forward to seeing where we land on the weight scale next week. Good luck!!4 -
