    Well sorry I missed last week, I was on my way to work Thurs 7/27 and planned to post my figures then, but then I WRECKED MY NEW CAR AGAIN, 2nd wreck in 2 months! I'm fine but the car is a mess! Thank God for great insurance - if you are eligible for USAA and don't have it, I highly recommend them, they are the BEST! Anyway, considering it was my birthday Mon 7/31, I think I have done pretty good not gaining anything. I'll take a .3 lb loss any day over a gain.

    Hi All!!

    I finally got a new scale so can weight myself!

    I just did to test the scale. I usually weight myself 1st thing in the morning, but could not wait until tomorrow to see if this thing works so even though just had brunch, I am fully clothed and it's the middle of the day I will just use the figure for this week's entry (gives me the hope that maybe I loss a bit more ;) )

    I am so far behind with weight loss for this challenge ... fingers crossed I will be able to catch up!

    So for my additional goals ... I have been drinking plenty of water which I am happy about and walking I think most days my 10K steps; but have not been able to workout yet and neither have been able to mantain my calorie level at 1200, but for the last 3 days I have reduced carbs yay!

    I would love to see my weight loss go faster, but as long as it's moving in the right direction I will take it!

    I had a very challenging week. I am very surprised I had a loss. I indulged most of the week and didn't hit my goal for the gym. However, I did make sure to drink a ton of water. I am back on track this week!!

    This has been a tough week. Spent too much time in the car, thus not enough steps, water, and too many food decisions on the go. Plus a on going headache that led to the blahs when I was home. But it's a new day, a new challange week, and a new month. Sounds like a good reset button to me.

    @MeME1121 ... you cannot delete a post once it has been posted. You can, however edit it. .. if you see a little cogwheel, click on that and you can edit for the first 60 minutes a post is up.

    Well i had 2 really bad meals this week. Last nights dinner was one of them... :( and saying no to myself for staying away from ice cream has been very difficult. But most of the time it is working into my calorie counts for the day. So it hasnt proven disasterous on my scale yet. Whew. ;)

    I am working hard to keep my exercise up. I bought a Gazelle on my cities bidding site for $3 :D so i gave it a go last night to undo some of my badness LOL.

    Also eating lots of veggies and trying to drink at least 6 glasses of water a day. I still cant fathom drinking 8 a day....but i am working on it!!!

    2 more pounds to lose and i will be back to my end of June pre-cruise weight. It is so easy to gain....and yet so hard to lose :D
