I weigh myself every day so I'm not feeling too badly that my weight is up. I've been steadily losing 1 lb a week.
I will be on vacation next week and am worried about not losing. We will still be cooking and will only go out to eat once or twice but I know I need to watch my food and make sure I'm walking a lot to make up for not doing my regular workout.5 -

Comment: Just got past one of my milestones, which is 15 kg (33 lbs) and I'm very stoked about it! Lately I feel a lot more energetic so I tend to work out quite a bit more, even though my food intake and hunger stay pretty much the same.13 -

They say you always gain weight on vacation but that is not necessarily true, especially if y'all are cooking. What you need to do next week, in my humble opinion, is set yourself a goal to make healthy food choices, drink lots of water, and avoid Coke and Pepsi. Try to walk as much as possible. Enjoy yourself. Don't ruin your vacation by worrying over this. You can always come back strong next week. Have fun!!

Hey girl! Hang in there. Take things a day at a time. Don't get overwhelmed and try not to worry about the things you have no control over. Drink your water and get as much movement in your day as you can. You can do this!! Bonnie3 -

Comments: Looking at the last week, there's about 1800 cals I didn't really need to have but had anyway - cherry jam in my porridge is nice but could easily be cut. And I didn't need to finish off that bar of lindt caramel chocolate last night (especially as it wasn't technically mine to finish off... ) . Still, did these treats mean I stayed on course? Perhaps. But then they're also taking up the additional deficit I created by my daily steps - and I sweated for those in this heatwave we're having in France. Gah. Decisions. Pleased with losing the pound but I can do better.
