I've tried several times today to post but got interrupted as I had to bring my 2 month old to emerge. So here it is.
R12 - start 242.2 .... finish.. 231.0
- total lost 11.2lbs ( although i had been down to
233 earlier that week... so more like 2lbs)
Goal - get to 227lbs.

8/11 - 230.2 - hard day as i was out of the house doing errands this morning and had a salad from subway and snuck in 2 cookies. Then I had to bring my son to emerge and ended up get a cheese bagel with butter and Greek pasta salad. Then for dinner I was so exhausted I made a premade chicken rice teriyaki frozen bag for dinner and a piece or pork chop. I think i drank 1 bottle of water so I anticipate a jump tomorrow due to salt intake. Tomorrow is a new day!

8/11 62.1 Fair enough. I had a lovely treat day yesterday, full of sugar, spice and all things nice, and salt led the assault. It was worth it!
8/12 63.3kg. Midnight snacking, that is. Ah well. Had a fantastic couch to 5k session yesterday.Onwards and downwards!

11/8/2017: 161.2. Very happy with this. Had some unplanned chocolate, but stayed under goal and met my other goals.

11/8 - 196.8 - I expected this ^^^ that was a big drop ^^^ possible dehydrated -- THIS is still a drop from the day before! sore muscles, cals are low by average, Rest day drank my 2L water
12/8 - 198.8 - strained a muscle, in my shoulder and calf, so I am assuming this is water retention just NO HIGHER

Back for more accountability, support and sharing. Finished round12 at 144.4. Would love to get at 142.4 or below for this round. Total loss since March at end of round 12 = 18.5 #.

8/11 144 READY, SET, GO! Nice drop. Went to gym yesterday. Good workout. Didn't get much sleep last night and got woken by 2.5 yr old grandson. Wish I had his energy first thing in morning. Ellip today and perhaps some stretching. Happy Friday!
8/12 143.8 Love it. I'm in the 3's again. Too tired to exercise yesterday. Played with grandson most of day. Probably go to gym today. I'll need to get some exercise in as going to a friend's for dinner and that means a couple glasses of wine. Thank goodness she is also losing weight and eating healthy/clean/low cal, etc. I want to see some steady weight loss this round. I'm due, I tell ya! Happy Saturday!

It's definitely harder when there's something in the house. I have to pre-plan my meals and make a grocery list. It has helped me so much.5 -

This is really helping me, thank you. We had a bunch of friends over with which we normally overeat with (and drink lots of wine) last night - and while I did have to track a bunch of wine I was reasonable about food. Scale only went up a 1/2 lb. I was able to control myself largely because of all of you! I knew I'd be on the scale this am and posting. Thanks for bring here. Have a great - and healthy - weekend.8

I'm in again. I am so, so very happy to start round 13 too! I did it peeps. As of this morning, I have hit my 20lb mark! I've lost all the weight my doctor told me to lose. However, I know it's still not my ideal weight by any means, so I'm going to keep pushing on.

08/12: 180.8...completely shocked by this #. It's such a big drop all at once, so I'm expecting it will more than likely go up tomorrow.
