@crazyravr - hi! Don't forget to post your Banana protein cake recipe! Sure looks tempting...the macros are most likely wonderful...except I would most likely eat the whole thing (like the protein cheese cake I made from your collection of goodies! lol)
@crazyravr - Awesome...I put it into the recipe section and the macros are still pretty good! I even had it serve 12 - instead of your smaller serving sizes (it looks like around 18 or 20?) and it came in @ about 130 cal's - 12 grams of protein - 21 carbs and 7 grams of sugar.

It was around 20 pieces. But if you have two of the 20 pieces, you think you are eating more than if you had one piece of 10 servings lol

Prepped more veggies for Thai wraps before dinner.
