I'd love to be included! Real name = Lisa, but I'll answer to Mandy ... 57 yrs old, breast cancer "survivor" (kinda hate that word), just joined a gym (eek!), realizing that Pilates could be my answer (low back pain), yo-yo dieter (hopefully never again), need to lower my A1C & cholesterol (sigh), carbaholic (should change this) ...169 lbs.

@Mandy4620 I think we should check in as often as we want to to get inspiration and support. I plan on writing my weight and calories. I may also include my activity.
Example:
Sept 1: Xlbs Lost:Xlbs Calories: 1200 Exercise: 1hr
