Reached my lowest weight so far (post partum).
I'm liking the scale this week!
I've made arrangements for a babysitter for the next 3 days so i have no excuses to not go to the gym!

Hello everyone,
I'm so happy to find such a motivated group! You all are amazing!
My plan is to get in 3x gym workouts + running (oh, I hate running). I also take hip hop and dancehall classes on the weekends for 90-minutes each class as my fun workouts.
Here's my log so far:
• Friday, 9/1: 20-minute treadmill; 3 sets of each 15 TRX body row, 15 kettlebell squats, 1-min plank, 15 calf raises
• Saturday, 9/2: active recovery with foam roller and stretches
• Sunday, 9/3: 2.0 mile outdoor run at 11 mph; 3 sets of each 20 pushups, 20 air squats, 20 back squats with 9-lb bar, 20 assisted chin ups, 20 assisted dips, 20 calf raises
• Monday, 9/4: Rest day, Shopping Day--my favorite day
• Tuesday, 9/5: 2.0 mile outdoor run at 12 mph; 3 sets of each 20 pushups, 20 dips, 20 air squats
To make my water intake more interesting, I drink cucumber water (I slice cucumbers and put them in my Brita pitcher). Other times, I drink sparkling water with either lemon or lime.

Ugh. Raining yesterday and today. I just downloaded the my fitness walk app and have not been able to use it!!. Rewatched our initial video to bookmark some ytube exercise videos as backup. Thanks for the hints on the good videos. I needed something for rainy days. Got to get and keep moving. Right?.2

Good week so far. Getting at least 40 minutes of treadmill time each day. Need to focus on improving my water intake, but I'm controlling the "teacher" stress pretty well. Love this group!1

So far so good. I've worked three times this week but have only gotten my water goal once. I will work harder on this the rest of the week0

Did my first map my walk data. Did not work for walking my office, but pacet app did. 25 min, little over 1/2 mile. Today outside walking, if weather is good.
Oh yesterday's weight was down 4 lbs.

Just finished up day 3 of exercise. I plan on going tomorrow and then signed up for a baseball tournament so I will be playing about 4 games this week plus beach dodgeball on sunday! I have had no problem getting my water in so far!!!1
