Also I really want to try rock climbing. At my current weight I would most likely end up with a 6ft stocky dude as my belay partner and I would like for that not to happen! So I have a weight in mind that when I hit it, I'm going to give it a go

Last time time I visited my family I was in the throes of a breakup and unwell in more ways than one. I've been working hard to turn things around and I'm going to visit them for (Canadian) thanksgiving in less than a month! Looking forward to being more fit and generally more enthusiastic about life.14

I'm going to run my first 5k in a couple weeks! Completing that is my mini-goal for September (into early October).
Qualifies as a mini-goal for me because, well, I was never really into distance running until recently - I could already go pretty far before I decided, on a whim, to sign up for this race coming up near me.8 -
Lose 30 lbs by the time I visit my husband's side of the family for Christmas. Just gotta stick to 2 lbs a week and I'll be there before I realize it.
Second mini goal is to start kickboxing classes in October.

My next major mini goal is to get out of the obese range at 230 lbs., I'm just about to hit my current 240lb. goal this week, only half a pound to go.9

My birthday is October 22nd. My goal right now is to lose 10lbs by then.3

My mini goal is 0.8 pounds. This puts me in a new 'decade' (220's). I hit 229.8 5 days ago and haven't seen it since. I'll get there!
Went on a slow recovery run last night and sweated that 0.8 pounds of water weight out! 229.8 once again! 13.3 pounds by New Years is my next "medium" goal. It's just under 1 pound per week but it puts me at 50 pounds lost this year!18 -
I can put on my size 10 skinny jeans and zip them up with no problem. There is, unfortunately, an unsightly muffin top so getting rid of that is the next goal.13

I don't fit in any of my winter pants. that is first.
second, engagement photos. I love my boyfriend but I do not like my body right now. I know an engagement is in the cards in the next few months, and I would like to feel like the best version of myself when it happens.
and of course, carry that over to increasing my health so I have a better shot at conceiving with PCOS.11 -
I almost stayed within calorie allotment today which is a miracle for the kind of day i had. I am considering today a successful one.13

My husband has been gone for 2 months and I'll get to see him again for a wedding late October. I have a gorgeous black slim midi dress that I would love to surprise him with. I've lost 20lbs since he left but I've been stuck at 210 with no motivation. My birthday is Oct 6 and I want to break 200 for me, then be under 195 for the wedding two weeks later. Now I just have to stay away from the Pumpkin Bars, Breads, and Soups that are so enticing this time of year!9

I have been stuck in the 160's for over a year! On a whim today I stepped on and was blown away at 157.4. Eeek!!! On to the 140's. Seeing that number certainly has lit a fire under me!

40lbs is 0.8lbs away. I started august 1st so it's been a lot of work. New mini goal will be at least 50lbs by the time I go hiking in Algonquin in October.0

Mine may seem opposite than most of these but mine is to gain a pound a week for the next 6 months. Bulking for the winter and cutting for the summer in hopes to get back on the stage!11
