Have three goals:
1. Get below 200 - Achieved 2/11/17
2. Get out of obese range and into overweight: 2/4/17 - just barely snuck in under the line but I will take it!
3. Recover from a knee injury and start running again. This one is going to take a bit longer; physiotherapist has given me an exercise program and that seems to be working. Have an appointment this week with my GP just to make sure that there isn't any underlying issues and (hopefully) get the all clear to start running again!
Time to set some new goals.
Congratulations fellow traveler. We are on a similar path.
I hit overweight BMI on 2/1, weighed in at 199.4 this morning and am working on transitioning a favored walk into a run by alternating running and walking every two minutes.

@ChromiumG Awesome goal! You know you can do it. Are you going to PH for an internship?1 -
going to meet my boyfriend's family and friends in the UK in April. Have a dress I want to fit into by then.6

Well, it was to get under 200 and this morning the scale said 198. Yesterday, I tried on a pair of size 32 jeans and they fit. Really, the only thing left is to keep leaning out and working on the abs before transitioning to a lean bulk.11

Below 270 by March 1st9

To be back in the 120s. It's been about 16 years! I've just dipped below 135, so just a few more lbs!
Oh yeah, and a half marathon coming up in April. It's my first in 9 years.14 -
Well I can't find my previous goals, but I did accomplish them!
New goals:
1. Up my exercise game.
2. Lose my last. Five. Pounds. For a total of 30 pounds lost. Hopefully I'll get there by the end of April! (At a half pound a week.) April will actually be my one year anniversary of seriously losing weight, so it kind of comes full circle if I can finish by then
3. Walk proudly into maintenance.14 -
To be able to wear tshirts and tanktops in the summer without feeling bad about my arms!15

How is the transitioning walk/run going?
Weather and time have meant only four outings but there is progress.
I use the Fitbit app in exercise mode for timing. I walk till the first voice cue announcing a mile then start the run cycles. I think there are ten segments in the route.
The first time out I ran the first two minute segment, came up about 15 seconds short the second(hill), made the next two, failed the next two then walked the rest of the way. Last time out I made all segments.
Endurance being the goal at this point, mile times are but a curiosity but my best was 13:20. Compared to the 20:00+ times when I first started walking in October at 270lbs, I am pleased.
Good luck with the rehab.

I reached 85 lbs lost this morning so I get to reset my mini goal to 90. At my current pace, I should be back in three weeks for the next one.14

That's fantastic progress - both the weight loss and the endurance!0 -

Going on vacation in a little over 3 weeks to warmer weather and less clothing, would like to lose 3 more pounds before to get to mid 170's. I will be seeing a lot of people who havent seen me since started weight loss7

As I just checked mini-goal #1 off the list, it's a good time to focus on the next mini-goal:
#2 is despite having two trips to the Caribbean planned in the next 2 weeks, I will come back on March 6th and be, at least, today's goal, if not 4.3lbs less! That means moving more, less alcohol and no to ALL the food.5 -
Just reached my mini-goal! It was to drop into the "overweight" BMI range, which is 207 for me. Woke up this morning at 206.8! Celebratory bike ride on new indoor trainer!
Next goal: 199.9.
Celebration plans: Sign up for rowing classes this summer!16 -
