  • I am at 131 right now and I need to get to 115 so I can join the military. I am thinking about cutting meat all the way out. I dropped 4 from cutting it out !

    My current mini goal is to get under 90 and stay there. I've been hopping around the border, sometimes under, sometimes over for two weeks now and I'd like to never see that number on my scale again!

    I want to lose at least 10 pounds by November 10th. It's my husband and mines 10 year wedding anniversary. Also my birthday is November 14th. I just started back today after not caring the past several months. I'm a long way from my goal but I feel like this should be the first milestone since starting back.

    I want to get to at least 20 pounds down by the 90-day mark. I'm currently 16-something pounds down at the 70-day point, but my weight-loss is slowing.
