I love this app! I hurt my hip a week ago and haven't been able to run, but can't wait to start the app over from the beginning and try again1 -
No fast food in the month of October.4

While I rationally know that it's incredibly silly and a little vain, my mini-goal is to rock my Halloween costume at the party I'm attending at the end of the month. Last year I had to get a 'plus' size costume (at a size 14. Not sure when that became 'plus' but costumes are notoriously small.) This year I'm going as Harley Quinn from Suicide Squad. I want to look as good as possible in this costume.9

Nothing wrong with this! We do this for a lot of reasons and one them is to look good! Get it girl!7 -
My mini goal is 2" added to thighs and 300lb bench 5 sets of 5 reps...while trying to cut some weight around the middle.5

My mini goal is to be under 150 lbs (5.8 lbs away) and to be out of the overweight BMI to Normal ( 14.8 lbs away).7

To say goodbye to the 190s. I am right at 190/189. I want to leave the 190s for good and start killing the 180s in Oct.4

My goal is to be able to wear shirts tucked into my trousers and tops that sit on the waist and not look pregnant7

Similar to some others here: my birthday is Dec 3, so I'm hoping to cross "lose weight" off my bucket list, and go shopping for new clothes.2

To do a serene 5 minute plank. At the moment, I'm sweating, trembling and just managing 3 1/27

Few mini goals
1. Wifes' 50th party in 5 weeks - aiming to drop another 6lbs for that
2. Xmas - got a shirt I want to fit into on Xmas day
3. Ski holiday in March...am aiming for 28lbs to be gone for that, should be doable with 24 weeks to go!5 -
It sounds silly (and maybe a bit conceded) but my husband and I are going on a cruise in November, the cruise is a GM conference for his job. He is new to the company so this is our first conference, and I really want to be "the new hot wife." So anytime I feel like slacking off I keep thinking "Only a few more weeks til the cruise.. gotta look good in that bathing suit!" So my goal is to keep trucking along, be diligent and rock that bathing suit at the pool!12

Rock that bathing suit girl!!! You can/will do it:)1 -
Booty gains. I have a three inch wide dent on the bottom of both butt cheeks from where the glute has gotten higher and tighter, and the sides of the butt cheek are right where they have always been, making my *kitten* look kind of like it has bulldog jowls.
A good look for a pupper, not so much for my rear end.
I must continue until my butt is all at the same elevation.16 -

To get back to 145lbs (150 now )

Dropping my last 10 lbs, and working up to do a triathlon sprint (12.4 mile bike is only hurdle left right now).4

My friends birthday is coming up and I'd love to be able to show off a little6

My 1st mini goal is to keep the scale moving downward. My 2nd goal is to get out of morbidly obese to just obese, that'll take 40 pounds.11
-
Another mini goal, is when I have my blood work taken in 6 months, to no longer be pre diabetic.6

I'm with you- I'm thrilled by each pound I lose! A bit harder at 60 but it's slowly coming off.3 -
Successfully meal plan (and then stick to it) for just one 24 hour shift. Might take a couple times experimenting, but I have plenty scheduled for this month, so lots of time to experiment... wamp wamp :-/3

Getting back into my 5 pants3

I need to revisit my previous goals as I didn't meet any of the weight loss goals but I think I hit all of the fitness ones including finishing my 10K a few weeks ago. So, current goals:
1. Between now and Christmas, avoid sweets & treats unless they are homemade. This is mostly so I stay away from the candy dish at work. Was keeping a second dish right in my office and I dumped what was left in the receptionist's candy dish yesterday.
2. Finish the 15K training program I'm running right now.
3. Fit into all the size 12 clothes currently in my closet so I can donate the last of the 16s and start reducing the 14s.5 -
I love this thread! So motivating. I'm 5'6". SW of 202 pounds, CW of 160 pounds.
Goals
1. Oct 1, 2017: Finally reach a healthy BMI for my height (154).
2. Nov 13, 2017: Get below 150 (exactly one year from when I started losing weight).
3. Dec 20, 2017: Reach 142 before I go home for Christmas (This would by 60 lost).
Met my first goal this week! I'm currently at 152.4lbs.
Hope to get under 150 in the next few weeks!
