Same scenario here. I missed my last round's goal as well because of pasta nights and inadequate water intake. It was really frustrating but I made peace with myself already and gave in with a croissant treat! Lol! I'm back with my usual diet though and really watch out the pasta-bread combo that might tempt me again. I've learned to let go of sugar and appreciate simple flavors. I mostly cook the food I eat so I can control the salt.

9/20- 228.4 Oh, no! Stress=weight gain! Ok, must drink at least 2 liters of water a day! Must do daily exercises, no excuses! Exercising relieves stress too! You can do this, you know you can! Thank you, all, for the accountability, it would have been very easy to simply say, "well, that can't be right, I'm not going to believe it!" But because of this challenge, I'm owning it, and going to change it! THANK YOU!

9/20 - 187.4 -- so another round begins. I made peace with myself last round regarding those pasta that I mindlessly ate and now I'm back to my usual eating. Setting alarm for water as well since I've noticed that I only consume around 1L when work is hectic.

Hello all!!
Love this challenge and this group for accountability. Weighing every day has been an important factor in my success so far!
SW - March 2017 - 182.4lbs
GW - 145 - it was 150 initially but I smashed that last week and I don't feel like I'm done. I'm happy with where I am but I've got some pooch left and I think having a maintenance range of 145-149 would be ideal...so I'm going to slowly chip away at the last few pounds and work on my fitness.
9/19 - 149.8 - coming in from round 16

Back again!I started midway through Round 2 at 153.9 on 4/29. Ended Round 16 at 141. I'm at roughly .5 a week loss. For this round I'd like to hit the 140's and stay in the 40's or below .

There's really no way around copying and pasting every day. You can only edit up to an hour after your original post in these forums.
If you're only online once a day do all the reading you want in the thread and then post your stats....the next day when you come on it should take you back to where you left off the day before. If you're on more often then make a note of the page you posted last so you can track down your last post.
It's not super convenient but it works...and it's worth it, this group of people is awesome and motivating...and weighing in everyday works for us!!7 -

I'm heading the wrong direction and very frustrated. Had a long discussion with myself on what I've been doing incorrectly. I need to move some every day. Drink less alcohol all the way around. I tend to lose focus when my sons health (Crohn's disease) is not going well. Seek comfort in the wrong things.

Ok, I need help. I've lost over 30 lbs. and just cannot see the difference. As a consequence, I'm feeling down and hopeless about my weight loss. I'm doing all the right things (taking pics, how clothes fit, and measurements; focusing on how I feel; making fitness goals; not over restricting; have taken a diet break, etc.) None of it helps. I'd love to hear how you guys get to the other side when it all seems useless. Thanks all.

8/27 147.6 ~ (Steps 18,495 Miles 7.36) ~ Today's my sons birthday......Yesterday I was able to get a nice morning walk in plus hit the gym in the evening since it was too hot outside. I had to push myself to hit the gym, it did pay off in the scale, yay! Another pound off, I'm trying to lose the 5 pounds I gained from vacation,
8/28 148.8 ~ Yesterday, since I didn't get ANY exercise in plus my sodium was high, I have a gain. I didn't over eat though so my gain is only a pound. Yesterday's, was a success in my books!
8/29 148.3 ~ (Steps18,169) Miles 7 ~ I was hungry the whole day but was able to stick to my dairy, keeping my sodium low. I decided to try getting a workout before getting breakfast. Last night I had to alter my menu since my husband got off late from work. On the plus side a couple workouts during the day helped.
8/30 147.9 ~ (Steps 19,101 Miles 7.7) ~ Yesterday went well with goals, I was able to get a couple workouts at the gym. I switching up though, having my protein drink after my first workout. I need to focus on more fruits for snacks, after vacation, I'm having trouble incorporating them into my diet.

8/31 146.4 ~ (Steps 28,910 Miles 7.75) ~ Yesterday I was able to get a couple workouts in plus a morning run.... My vacation weight is starting to drop off, only a couple more pounds..... Consistency to no late night snacking is the key
9/01 147.9 ~ (Steps 20,039 Miles 8 miles) ~ I don't understand the gain, I was able to get a nice workout last night plus my sodium wasn't to high. I also ate under my calories allowed so I'm really disappointed with the gain. I did have some watermelon last night but that shouldn't matter.
9/02 148 ~ (Steps 15,232 Miles 6) ~ We went to the Spring fair so my diet wasn't like it usually is, I was able to stay under my calorie goal, making smart choice. I also got a workout after the fair.
9/03 148.5....147.9 ~ (Steps 17,547 Miles 7) ~ Again with the gain, doing everything right, I log everything, stay within my goal, sodium is low, get my water in. I'm going to try dropping my intake to see how that works!
9/04 148 ~ (Steps 15,435 Miles 6) ~ We ended up going to dinner last night but I was able to make healthy choices, in fact taking half home for breakfast today, with such large portions
9/5 147.4 ~ (Steps 17,376 Miles 7) ~ Spent most of the day getting ready to head to my daughter's for the week. Met all my goals for the day.
9/6 I didn't have time at my daughter's in the morning
9/7 148.6 ~ (Steps 12,787 Miles 5) ~ All around good day, just ate late so weight was up!
9/8 148 ~ (Steps 24,548 Miles 9.75) ~ I was able to get some nice walks in with my grandkids and daughter. Our dinner consisted of a grilled spinach salad. Today going back home so tomorrow's weigh in will be with my scale.

9/10 147.4 ~ (Steps 18,550 Miles 7.25) ~ Yesterday was a tough day really tired from spending the week watching my grandkids. I was able to get a workout last night at the gym. Also even though we went out to lunch I was able to make healthy choices.

09/20 174.6 So, Mom is getting released from rehab on Saturday. I fell off a table at work yesterday because I was hanging up some anchor charts and landed on a concrete floor. I know, I should have used a stool. I was pretty sore yesterday, but I am better today except for my finger. I jammed it when trying to catch myself.
Sorry to hear about your fall! I'm glad you aren't as sore today and I hope your finger feels better soon.

This looks like a great group! I was at my highest weight recently (153 lbs) and the extra weight just feels crappy. But what feels even crappier are the habits that have crept in over the past 2 years to get me here. My energy is low and I am crabby. I want to feed myself well and take good care of myself again! Just need some accountability to develop the good habits!

@eyer0ll do you take measurements? .. You may be one of those people (like me) who gain and lose weight all over the body at the same time, which makes it very difficult to see weight going on and coming off, because the body is still in the same proportion
The measurements help me as I still cant see a difference. in the mirror,
but
my bust has lost 3 and 1/2 inches
my waist has lost 3 and 1/2 inches
my hips have lost 2 and 3/4 inches
so I know I am heading in the right direction4 -
I'm in!
