9/20 - 193.3. 2 days of good exercise, eating the right number of calories and drinking plenty of fluids
9/21 - 193.1 Had a good day yesterday. Let's keep it up. Really had to work to get 10K steps recorded; I went to work with my fitbit left behind on the bathroom windowsill.
9/22 - 191.6 I love the woosh. And jogging. And rotisserie chicken with asparagus after jogging. Feeling a little giddy obviously. Hope the rest of YOUR day goes as well as my weigh in!
9/23 - 191.8 This is a totally good number. Let's see the number tomorrow. I just ate lunch at Panera with some girlfriends and had a lovely time. Counted everything, but I have no idea how much sodium is in the food. I seem to be sodium sensitive in relation to fluid retention.

My goals for this round is to continue to work on my hydration, especially on the weekend, and purposefully spend time stretching at least 8 of 10 days.

9/20--225.5 Natural fluctuation. I also think I may be coming down with a cold.
9/21--225.5 Stretched yesterday
9/22--225.3 Back to the start of the round. I would love to break into the 224's by the end of this round, but I don't like to make weight goals. Weightlifted and stretched yesterday.
9/23--225.7 Was over about 400 cals yesterday, so not surprised about the temporary water gain. Stretched yesterday and went out for a hike today.

9/20 255.0 I have a Dr. appt in about a month and hope to lose -5lbs, this round will be my kick start. I need to watch my carb intake, salt, sugar, and average 8000 steps per day.
9/21 254.6 My eating wasn't great, to many carbs, but 8700 steps helped I'm sure. Planning a good all around day.
9/22 253.5 The needle is moving in the right direction b/c I quit cheating with my eating and have actually put in an honest effort for a change. Dr appt was moved up two weeks But I'm keeping to my -5 lb goal.
9/23 255.0 Not happy, nope not at all, tired of the yoyoing

9/22: 199.2 -- well over maintenance, worked out yesterday. Calling the last two days my weekend.
9/23: 199.2 -- less than 100 calories over, begrudgingly worked out yesterday.

9/20 - 222.0 - Back down to my lowest! Let's see if I can hold it. I went to the gym for 30min cardio today and did minimal effort. I wasn't feeling 100% so am glad I at least went. Tomorrow will be better and I will push harder!
9/21 - 221.4!! Woohoo! I didnt make it to the gym today as I was doing errands with my husband on his day off then had to watch the baby while he did house stuff. I don't feel guilty about it so it's ok. I am waiting to hear if i have arrangements for a babysitter tomorrow so i can go to the gym. Otherwise I will be playing baseball tomorrow night so I will burn some calories then! I ate under calories as I skipped breakfast due to catching up on sleep and sleeping until noon. Overall a good day!
9/22 220.0!!! Still going down! I have not found anyone to watch my son while I go to the gym so we are going to go for a nice long walk today. I didn't sleep so well last night so hoping to have a little nap first (when baby naps) and then head out. Looking forward to baseball tonight! And hoping the scale is in the 1s!!!!
9/23 220.2 - leveling out but im.happy to be maintaining. Played 2 baseball games and maybe a 3rd tonight in 30 degree weather! Tying to stay hydrated. Looking forward to what the scale has to say about this tomorrow! Food good today.

You've spoken often about keeping carbs under control but what about calories? Carb limitation only really works for weight loss if you are also at a calorie deficit. Carb cutting does not result in weight loss for everyone. Calories do work because, well, science. Energy in/energy out ergo calories in/calories out.3 -

9/24 - 101.0 kg this sucks a bit of a gain. Generally im aiming for 80% whole foods. Today would have been 50% whole foods. Seems to make a difference.

9/19- 154.44 Does walking Costco count as exercise? lol Kept to our grocery list and avoided buying a pizza for dinner, even though it was calling me the entire time. Came home and found a salmon patty instead with salad and a few sweet potato fries. Didn't follow my plan, but made positive choices.
9/20- 154.22 Managed to get in a mile walk before it started to rain. Feeling determined to reach my goal this round.
9/21- 155.32 Absolutely no reason for this gain. Eating below calories, getting exercise in, and drinking plenty of water. Hopefully this is only temporary. (my hair was damp when I weighed today, so that might be a small part of this)
9/22- 154.44 Glad the weight is back down. That Costco pizza was still on my mind today, but no one answered when we called to order ahead, so we ended up eating leftovers. Thank you Costco. You saved me a bunch of calories. lol Tomorrow we are doing a university tour with my son so there will be lots of walking.
9/23- 154.44 Seems like my body is happy at this weight, but I am not. I did tons of walking today to the point my feet and legs ache. Lots of hills and staircases. My plan is to take it easy tomorrow and perhaps work in my garden if the weather cooperates.

Had a bit more to eat than I should have at my work potluck, but nothing with added sugar and it fit in my calories if I skip my planned dinner, not ideal. Light on water, I'll try to have more before bed.

I hope the scale's not just toying with me again and this loss stays around. Got some exercise today, no added sugars, plenty of water, actually ate a little low, even with a piece of leftover pizza. Maybe a bit too much salt.
