    RD14 start 252.6 End 252.8
    RD15 start 252.8 End 254.2
    RD16 start 257.0 End 256.4

    Goal this round -2.5 lbs.

    9/20 255.0 I have a Dr. appt in about a month and hope to lose -5lbs, this round will be my kick start. I need to watch my carb intake, salt, sugar, and average 8000 steps per day.
    9/21 254.6 My eating wasn't great, to many carbs, but 8700 steps helped I'm sure. Planning a good all around day.
    9/22 253.5 The needle is moving in the right direction b/c I quit cheating with my eating and have actually put in an honest effort for a change. Dr appt was moved up two weeks But I'm keeping to my -5 lb goal.
    9/23 255.0 Not happy, nope not at all, tired of the yoyoing

    You've spoken often about keeping carbs under control but what about calories? Carb limitation only really works for weight loss if you are also at a calorie deficit. Carb cutting does not result in weight loss for everyone. Calories do work because, well, science. Energy in/energy out ergo calories in/calories out.
